1. What exactly does your agency do?
As stated above, we create strategy-driven advertising – from concept to campaign delivery. Strategic messaging, branding, design, digital, print, video/radio and social. Our focus is to answer the question: “Why you?”

2. What kinds of clients do you work with?
Mostly B2B, B2C and service-based businesses – from established brands looking to sharpen their message, to smaller companies ready to get noticed.

3. How big (or small) are your projects?
We handle everything from logo design to a single ad campaign to a full rebrand. Sometimes, as an outsourced marketing department.

4. What makes your agency different?
30+ years of experience… you’ll interact with people that have been around the block a few times! We’re purposely small  (as are the Navy SEALs) – so your work never gets lost in the shuffle.

5. Do you offer ongoing retainers or one-off projects?
Either. Some clients keep us on retainer for continuous strategic/creative support. Others bring us in for specific campaigns... we're adaptable.

6. How much do your services cost?
We’re transparent... no surprise invoices. Costs depend on project parameters, but we’ll always estimate upfront.

7. How long does a project take?
A simple ad campaign can take a 1-2 weeks. A full brand launch might take 4–6 weeks. We’ll give you a timeline before we start – and stick to it.

8. Can you work with our in-house marketing team?
You bet! We sometimes act as a creative extension for in-house teams – freeing them up to focus on strategy while we handle the execution.

9. Do you specialize in digital or traditional media?
Both – because no one lives in one channel any longer. We blend strategy, design, and media to make sure your message hits your target.

10.  Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside your area?
We’re based in Dallas/Fort Worth. Although, good ideas travel well – and so do Zoom meetings.

11. What’s the first step if we want to work with you?
Simple... we’ll set up a quick call to understand your goals, timeline, and audience. If we’re a fit, we’ll start thinking and build a plan.
